Not the right size?

Step 1.

Tie your ring sizing tool to the widest point of your ring finger. This can be the knuckle or body of the finger.

 

Step 2.

Make sure your ring sizing tool sits firmly against your skin, but is not squeezing your finger.

 

Step 3.

Check that your ring sizing tool can slide to the base of your finger and can be removed completely without changing size or needing to be squeezed/twisted. If your sizing changes, move up one notch and try again.

 

Step 4.

Take a photo of the reading whilst wearing your ring sizing tool. Make sure you capture your whole finger in the photo for our jeweller to make an assessment.

Complete our exchange request form below and upload your photo. Once submitted our team will be in touch via email.
