Our ring sizing kit must be used before crafting can begin. No exceptions. Photo proof of size may be required.
Cancellations before crafting begins will attract a $10 fee. This covers our lost shipping costs and ring sizing kit.
Cancellations after crafting begins will attract a 25% fee (order total).
Returns of Made to Order Custom rings attract a 25% restocking fee.
Made to order and custom rings do not qualify for a free exchange, free size exchange or standard exchange.
Crafting times are approximate and may take less or more time than quoted. We will do our absolute best to meet the quoted crafting times, but unforeseen delays or errors can occur which incur more time.
