Follow these easy steps to request your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Before continuing, please note:
Returns are subject to a 7.5% restocking fee (calculated on the order total), which covers cleaning, processing fees, and lost shipping costs. Made to Order and Custom rings attract a 25% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount. *Minimum cost is $10 AUD.
Step 1.
Complete the request form at the bottom of this page. Once our team has approved your request, we will be in touch with further instructions.
Step 2.
Once approved, head to your local post office and ship your return. Make sure you receive a tracking number, and then provide your tracking to our team.
Step 3.
When your return arrives, our team will inspect the contents, and once approved, will refund the applicable amount.
